Hi,
I'm Gabriella. I’ve been living most of the past years in Costa Rica and travelling the wold to host yoga and surf retreats. I’ve been chasing everything that gives me inspiration & growth. The ocean has always been my element and is where I feel the most content and “in flow”.
Yoga and meditation has become an important part of my daily routine wherever I am. It's teaching me to feel, rather than being up in my head thinking and worrying about things that doesn't matter. It’s a constant practise that teaches me to be mindful of my choices and actions throughout the day. It’s teaching me to balance and recharge energy for everything fun in life. By beginning my day with a few minutes of full breaths I find myself being more present and in tune with myself throughout my entire day. I find that when I invite this ground and foundation through a mindful morning routine, that’s when I can expand and flow from there.
I love to share what yoga and meditation is teaching me, and hopefully inspire you to begin your day the same way :)
