Welcome

I remember the first time I attended a yoga class and learned how to take a full breath. I felt a huge shift and felt like I could think clearer. I started introducing yoga and meditation to my morning routine and found myself being more focused, present and mindful of my thoughts & actions throughout my entire day. When I begin my day with a few minutes of full breaths, I find myself being more in tune with myself and “in flow”.

This space is intended to make yoga and meditation easy to access on your computer or smartphone, wherever you are. I believe that when we begin our days with a moment of mindfulness, it allows us to build a steady foundation to expand and flow from, however the rest of the day may look.

Membership

As a member you have full access to the growing collection of audio files with guided meditations and yoga videos. Sessions range from 5 to 45 minutes and are a mix of Soft Flow, Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra. The intention of the sessions are for you to begin your day with a mindful morning routine, but all sessions can be practised at any time of the day that suit you.

Sessions are recorded in Costa Rica, in both Swedish and English. New yoga videos and audio meditation are added weekly. As a member, you will also have access to weekly updated blog posts, with inspiration for a mindful life.
